It strikes me that the IPCC perhaps assumes that everyone is climate literate and are up to speed on climate change.

Last year’s Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) included a clean hydrogen production tax credit (known as “45V”) that is one of a slew of new incentives intended to help catalyze the next and necessary phase of advancing the nation’s clean energy transition as a whole.
