Texas Supreme Court decides Garza case

The Texas Supreme Court this morning issued its long-awaited decision in Coastal Oil & Gas Corp. v. Garza Energy Trust, holding that the rule of capture bars recovery for damages for subsurface trespass caused by hydraulic fracturing.
