‘Hellbender Defenders’ Say Endangered Species Listing For North America’s Largest Salamander Is Long Overdue

Sen. Yaw To Introduce Bill To Use Revenue From Taxing Gambling Skill Games To Support Agriculture Conservation Assistance Program

Gene Yaw (R-Lycoming) announced his intention to introduce legislation to tax gambling skill games and deposit the revenue in the state Clean Streams Fund to support the Agriculture Conservation Assistance Program. Regulating and taxing skill video games is estimated to generate $300 million in annual tax revenues, said Sen. Yaw.
