The limits will first be effective in 2025, with the limits declining every five years until they reach zero by 2050. The Air Pollution Control Commission has authority to suspend some or all of the requirements of BERDO 2.0 I’m still skeptical that a patchwork of local regulations is the right way to go about it.

The Governors Office published an updated agency-by-agency Regulatory Agenda in the February 15 PA Bulletin that lists regulations in development, an estimated schedule of consideration and opportunities for public comments.
