These Air Emission Reporting Requirements describe how, when, which, and how often air pollutant emissions are estimated and reported from polluting facilities.

Six environmental groups launched the proceeding challenging the stay after EPA published notice of the stay in the June 5, 2017 issue of the Federal Register.
