Climate Scientist Michael Mann Awarded More than $1 Million in Defamation Case

Last Thursday, in a case filed in 2012 in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, a jury found that Rand Simberg and Mark Steyn defamed Michael Mann, awarding Mann $1 in compensatory damages from each and punitive damages of $1,000 from Simberg and $1 Million from Steyn. This is not the way modern science should be done by scientists.
